The Center for Health and Wellness Coaches invites coaches to participate in an 6-week reading challenge that will help them grow their coaching practice. The challenge involves reading and discussing Michelle Rockwood's book: Joyful Selling: A Better Way to Yes for Heart-Centered Coaches.
This course is approved for 2 CE credits by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) and is approved for 4 CCEs by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), including 1 CCE for Core Competency and 3 CCEs for Resource Development.
About the Author
Michelle has sold real estate in one of the world's wealthiest communities, served in the US Peace Corps, and once raised a million dollars for charity over a single lunch. Now a personal coach and widely recognized sales expert, she has helped hundreds of heart-centered coaches discover sales methods that transform their businesses and their lives.
In her book Joyful Selling, she provides valuable insights to support loving, heart-centered coaches in growing their coaching practices.
Reading Challenge Format
In this guided-reading challenge, coaches will receive weekly emails from Dr. Jessica Singh to support them as they read Michelle Rockwood’s book Joyful Selling: A Better Way to Yes for Heart-Centered Coaches over the course of 6 weeks.
Coaches will have the opportunity to reflect on the material and connect with fellow coaches in a private Facebook group.
In addition, coaches will have the opportunity to discuss the book in two live group discussions with the author, Michelle Rockwood, and Jessica Singh, MD the founder of the Center for Health and Wellness Coaches.

The Joyful Selling Reading Challenge will occur over 6 weeks, beginning on Monday, October 7, 2024, and ending on November 17, 2024, with a live discussion with the author, Michelle Rockwood, and Jessica Singh, MD.
All coaches are expected to read the book, follow the weekly reading challenge schedule to the best of their abilities, and attend the live discussions prepared to contribute to an enriching conversation.

Recordings of the live discussions will be made available for all participants. However live attendance is necessary for CE Credit.
After enrollment, you will receive a welcome guide with all of the information and course syllabus.
CE Course Completion Requirements
To obtain a certification of completion, participants must fulfill the following course requirements:
- Review and agree to the reading challenge agreement.
- Read the book Joyful Selling by the end of the reading challenge.
- Attend and participate both 1-hour live sessions facilitated by Michelle Rockwood and Jessica Singh.
- Successfully complete both post-live session quizzes by achieving no less than 80% correct. After each live didactic, learners will receive a 5 question quiz testing their assessment of knowledge learned.
- Completion of a self-assessment upon completion of the program.
- Completion of a feedback form at the conclusion of the program.

*Note: Program cost does not include the cost of the book. All participants are required to purchase the book and complete the assigned reading.
